Search is emotional. Language matters. Use phrases people actually type, like:

  • “I think I’m a bad mom”

  • “Can postpartum happen to dads?”

  • “Why do I feel worse now than when the baby was born?”

Write as if you’re speaking directly to the 2AM Googler on the edge of a breakdown. Because you are.


3. Add Real CTAs, Not Just Forms

“Request Appointment” won’t move someone in shame or panic.

Try:

“Need someone to talk to about how you’re feeling? We’re here—no judgment.”

That tone shift matters.


4. Include Real Voices

Patient stories—anonymized, approved, or shared through partnerships—can provide life-saving resonance. Seeing someone else say, “That was me,” is often the first step toward getting help.


5. Don’t Let Compliance Kill Empathy

You can pass legal and still be human. Use writers and marketers who understand both HIPAA and heartbreak. If your lawyers always win, your patients will lose.


Content Isn’t a Channel. It’s the First Step in Care.
